Commentators saying it’s labours, worst week due to a not unexpected resignation and worsening child poverty stats but wait - are they saying addressing CP is only labours responsibility to achieve/ not achieve? Whats the alternative being put up to alleviating cp - just tracking it in the public domain was surely a big step forward?
