Grant Duncan’s article ‘Paradise Lost’ should become mandatory reading. New Zealand’s polarisation amidst a neoliberalism political system fighting for survival does not look promising for the nation. The housing market with bits tacked on needs to grow up at light speed to prevent New Zealand from becoming a South Pacific backwater.
